C Land Realty was established in May of 2011 with the purpose of serving clients to satisfy real estate and business development needs, and also to generate revenue in doing so. All around us, there is a wide range of real estate needs – whether it be buying, selling, managing, or developing property in both residential and commercial capacities. These needs eventually fulfill goals, such as renting a place to live, conducting a business, finding the technology or products to initiate that business, and even making wise investment choices. Inevitably there are times when serving the clients’ needs and serving our own come into conflict. When there is a conflict between serving and profits while carrying on our daily business, C Land Realty pursues SERVING first, and PROFITS second. The company firmly believes this is the way God wants us to fulfill the purpose of our lives. In order to accomplish those two purposes mentioned above.
We believe that knowledge can be powerful, however it is not powerful enough when it is used without related experiences. At C Land Realty, every agent is required to go through the company’s On the job training program, CBT(C Land Basic Training) courses. After successful completion of the course work, a mentor is appointed to the agent to help cultivate relative experiences. Moreover, in order to provide the right service to clients, we consider pertinent and speedy information collection and distribution as one of the most important assets of the company. In this current age, we believe valuable Information can be obtained by deploying cyber space technology and adopting advanced communication equipment.
